Donators are required to comply with all server rules, guidelines, and community standards. Receiving a donation-related perk does not exempt you from these rules. Breaching server rules may result in the removal of your in-game perks without compensation.

ICN reserves the right to modify, alter, or remove any in-game perks, rewards, or benefits associated with donations at any time. We will always strive to ensure fairness, but changes may occur due to server balance, technical issues, or other reasons.

7. Availability of Services

While we make every effort to keep the server online and running smoothly, ICN cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or uptime. Server downtimes, technical issues, and maintenance periods may occur, and these do not warrant any refunds or compensation for donated perks.

8. Age Requirement

By donating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make this transaction.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

ICN reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

10. Account Responsibility

The account you donate under is your responsibility. ICN is not liable for any issues, including loss of perks, that arise due to account sharing, account bans, or loss of access.

11. Termination of Service

ICN reserves the right to discontinue any or all services, including server operation, at any time. If the server is discontinued, donations will not be refunded.

12. Legal Agreement

By donating to ICN, you are entering into a legal agreement that is governed by these terms. You acknowledge that this agreement does not entitle you to any legal ownership of ICN’s services or intellectual property.
